This clubhouse needed to work for two very different moods in one footprint, a lounge for settling in and a hall for gathering around a table. Leone Interior Designs anchored the main room with a stacked-stone fireplace wall, then framed it with a pair of curved sofas and a scatter of accent chairs, all in a cool blue palette warmed by a live edge coffee table and a soft abstract rug. The card and game room next door was outfitted with sturdy two-tops in the same blue, enough of them to break into small groups or pull together for a crowd, with a lit display case set aside for the community's trophies. Tall windows and a run of French doors keep both rooms bright and connected to the grounds outside, so residents can slip easily between an evening by the fire and an afternoon at the tables.
